Before joining the AAA team, Heidi had previously worked in insurance for a different company. She moved to AAA because of the wide variety of insurance provider and coverage options she can offer.
“My favorite part of working with AAA members is meeting, visiting and getting to know them,” says Heidi. “I have made many new friends who I now camp, travel, and dine with regularly.”
Heidi makes sure to bring her smile and warm, friendly greeting to work at the Grants Pass service center every day. Her days are filled with phone calls, quotes, and selling insurance products to members of the local community.
When she isn’t providing exceptional service to AAA members, Heidi works with charities to carry out silent auctions that raise funds to help kids go to summer camp.
