Get to Know Jackie Smith

Jackie Smith is a life insurance specialist from our Bend Service Center. She has over 20 years experience working with AAA, first in Southern California before moving to Oregon in 2016 and joining our club.
She loves working one-on-one with our members, getting to know them and their lives as she helps navigate through different options and coverage that makes sense. She helps members figure out their overall financial picture and how life insurance fits within that.
“As we go through the different stages of life, we have different needs,” Jackie said. “When you’re young you may have a partner who counts on your income. Income replacement for families is the primary reason for life insurance. When raising a family it becomes important to consider education costs, mortgage protection, and debt.”
Members can rest assured knowing that Jackie will be there for them throughout the process. She can help retrieve medical records, signatures for releases, and settle cases as they become approved.
When not assisting AAA members, Jackie enjoys spending time with her grandkids and her three French bulldogs. On the weekends she helps her community by delivering donated food from local restaurants to shelters, nonprofits, youth camps, and those in need. She picks up about 500-700 pounds of food a week!
