“I’m here for our members to protect their needs and assets, while also letting them know I’m here to answer any questions they may have – big or small,” she said.
Lori starts her day bright and early, holding herself accountable to her members – returning messages, responding to email, along with writing new business policies and answering claims and billing questions. And she does it all with a smile on her face.
