Get to Know Paul Brown

Paul works in our AAA Eugene Service Center and joined our team four years ago, after making a career change from department store retailing. Having grown up in Southern California, Paul was aware of the outstanding brand reputation that AAA had, and after a good friend recommended an insurance career with AAA, he made the move.
Helping members understand their insurance needs and meeting them is what he enjoys most. “I like building relationships with a diverse base of customers,” Paul said. “Ultimately building a solution that gives them value and coverages that exceed their expectations.”
He is always on hand to help navigate the insurance world (as well as recommend the best Mexican food in the area) for our AAA members. “Connecting with members and discovering what they’re all about helps me make their experience positive and fulfilling,” he said.
When not assisting members with their insurance needs, Paul can be found cycling. He typically ends his day with a bike ride or workout, keeping him fit and feeding his competitive appetite. He is also a connoisseur of Mexican food and enjoys the color blue.
