What is the most fulfilling part of your average day?
I appreciate seeing our customers delighted with our customer service and repair of their vehicle. As a small business owner, I love creating an environment and a team that my employees are excited to be part of each day. Cars have always been a passion of mine and I get a sense of joy seeing our business grow.
What does your shop specialize in?
We service all makes and models
What’s your dream car?
I’ve owned many cars and trucks over the years and I always end up most satisfied with a truck. Trucks are versatile for work, or towing our travel trailer. Plus I enjoy the outdoors and a 4×4 truck gets me there!
What makes your shop stand out against the rest?
We have a high performing team of technicians and service writers. Because they enjoy working together as a team that shines though in their customer service and quality of repairs.
What is a memory that stands out from your experience working here?
Every time we have a particularly tough diagnosis or repair we come together to figure out a solution. I appreciate working together to make sure our customers’ vehicles are kept on the road.
What is your favorite aspect, overall, about working in the automotive industry?
My favorite aspect is that vehicles are very complex with, electric motors, internal combustion engines, high tech electronics, electro hydraulic systems that makes every day a new system to diagnose and repair.
What does it mean to you to be a AAA approved repair shop?
AAA has a long history of helping motorists that are stranded or broken down. Partnering with AAA means we are an extension of helping a person in a time of need and get them back on the road. I also appreciate AAA driver safety advocacy and discounts.
