PJM Automotive is a family owned repair shop that began in 2008 in Paul’s garage in Toledo, Oregon. The shop specializes in Domestic and Asian car and truck repair. They service diesels and pride themselves in their quality work. They have ASE certified technicians that can handle all of your needs. PJM Automotive is also a Napa Auto Care Center and provide a 3 year/36k mile parts and labor warranty on all of their services. PJM recently became a AAA Approved Auto Repair facility and with their most tenured repair tech clocking in with 15 years experience, you’re in great hands with PJM Automotive.

What is the most fulfilling part of your average day?
I enjoy serving people and taking care of all their car needs. It’s extremely fulfilling and I find great satisfaction at being good at what I do!
What does your shop specialize in?
We take care of domestic and Asian cars and trucks. I also do diesel trucks at my shop. This is what we are good at and have chosen to specialize in that field so we can excel in these areas.
What makes your shop stand out against the rest?
We are a family owned operation and we believe in integrity both in business and in our personal lives. We stand behind our warranty and take care of customers even when it is convenient for them. We also help a lot of travelers who experience vehicle troubles when they are here on vacation – not a lot of other shops in the area are willing to do that.
What is a memory that stands out from your experience working here?
There are so many great memories of helping people when they need it the most it’s hard to pick one out!
What is your favorite aspect about working in the automotive industry?
I enjoy serving people and taking care of their vehicles. I like helping people get to their dreams – whether that’s a work trip, vacation or wherever their next destination might be. My goal is to educated and help my customers keep their vehicles in great shape – and hopefully they’ll never need a tow – but if they do, AAA is there to help!
