Forest Grove, Oregon, gives summer the ultimate send-off at its 60th annual Corn Roast and Chalk Art Festival on September 21. The event takes place on Main Street, Forest Grove. Spectators can enjoy the sidewalk gallery of art at no cost. Artists pay a registration fee of $15 and chalk is provided.
