As a condition of my participation in AAA Oregon/Idaho video/media projects, I give AAA Oregon/Idaho and its related entities and assigns (collectively “Club”) the right and permission to use my comments and statements (“comments and statements”), as well as the right and permission to use images, photographs, pictures, or video (collectively, “images”) of me or in which I may be included, in whole, in part, without restriction or limitation as to length of use, changes or alterations from time to time, or reproductions thereof in color or otherwise made through any means of communication (including but not limited to film, displays, samples, print media, television and the Internet) at any place for any lawful purpose whatsoever. I further waive any right that I might have to inspect and/or approve the comments and statements and images, or the internal and external uses to which those may be put. I release and discharge AAA Oregon/Idaho from all claims and demands arising out of or in conjunction with AAA Oregon/Idaho’s internal use of the comments and statements and images. I have read this release and am familiar with its contents and warrant that I am of legal age and competent to Execute this Release.
