AAA Oregon to Celebrate Grand Opening of Grants Pass Service Center
AAA Oregon/Idaho is inviting the public to celebrate the grand opening of the Grants Pass Service Center on Friday, April 4 at 1563 N.E. F Street, Grants Pass, OR 97526.
At 10:15 a.m., representatives from the Grants Pass and Josephine County Chamber of Commerce will join AAA Oregon/Idaho President and CEO Tim Morgan in a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Morgan says, “We’ve been in the Grants Pass community since 1979. Our goal has always been to provide outstanding service, and our new location allows us to better serve our members in a larger, updated environment.” The Grants Pass Service Center is one of 22 offices in the AAA Oregon/Idaho network.
Regional Manager Matthew Conde says, “We’re excited to be in our new office with an improved location, and we are seeing many more members stopping in! Our new location in Grants Pass represents AAA Oregon/Idaho’s long-term commitment to offering outstanding customer service in Southern Oregon.”
Members of the public are invited to celebrate the grand re-opening from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Several events for the entire family will be offered at the Friday celebration including complimentary snacks and lunch*, a clown and face painting.
Many giveaways are planned including door prizes and a grand prize drawing for a Grand Canyon “Rails to the Rim” first class package for two, a river excursion, hotel accommodations, tickets to the Shakespeare Festival, and a AAA basic one-year membership for a primary and associate. AAA atlases will be given to the first 100 AAA members who show their AAA cards, and AAA giveaways will be handed out throughout the event.
Complimentary battery checks will be done in the parking lot. AAA Show Your Card & Save partners, as well as AAA Insurance Agency and Travel Agency representatives will be on hand. Kids will enjoy meeting Snoopy, the MetLife Insurance mascot. KOOL 103 FM will be broadcasting live.
Supervisor Kellie Barton says, “Our AAA members love the convenient location, the bigger and brighter space, and the added services. They especially like the larger Travel Store and all of the additional products that we can now carry.”
